A former pizzeria, 1529 Fillmore Street was completely gutted and fit-up with a new layout, all new equipment, cooler and storage areas. The open kitchen is anchored by a sixteen foot long butcher block work station, poured in place concrete beverage counter, and an open storefront looking directly into the chefs at work. Design collaboration included interiors by WRKSHP and Charles Hemminger Associates.
